I've been cleaning up the papers of Masurian hotels and restaurants for 7 years
At Mazury Streamline Experts, I deal with what most guesthouse owners sincerely avoid – analyzing numbers and daily procedures. Before I joined our team, I managed the reception in one of the larger facilities near Mrągowo for 4 years. I saw with my own eyes how one Excel error can ruin the weekend for three families at once and cause shame in front of guests. Now I make sure that such situations simply don't happen to our clients.
My work is pure specifics. I don't look for theoretical problems; I check where your employees' real time is escaping. In the last year, for 43 clients, we managed to recover an average of 11 hours per week that were previously wasted on manual re-typing of data from booking portals into paper calendars. It simply works because it's based on facts, not on guesswork.
I believe that systems in tourism are meant to help, not add work. If the implemented program requires the receptionist to click in eight different windows to check in a guest, then the system is set up incorrectly. My task is to shorten this path to the necessary minimum. I respect the time of people working in the field because in Masuria the season is intense and every minute at the computer is a minute taken away from a guest.
- I have conducted 34 detailed process audits in local tourism companies.
- I shortened the average response time to accommodation inquiries from 5 hours to 17 minutes.
- I helped eliminate schedule errors for 12 apartment owners in Mikołajki.
- I implemented automatic SMS confirmations, which reduced the number of uncanceled bookings by 23%.
Outside of work, you can usually find me on the path around Lake Czos. (Heads-up: if you see me on a pier with a phone, I'm probably checking if the client's system withstood a sudden jump in bookings after the weekend). No time to waste on Excel errors when you can have everything under control in one simple tool.
