General Rules
By entering the Mazury Streamline Experts website, you accept these simple rules. This is a contract between us and you. We don't want to write thick volumes of legal jargon, because in business specific arrangements count. If you read our blog, use the savings calculator or check the offer, you agree to the rules described here. If any point does not suit you, simply do not use the site. Everything you find here is intended to make work easier for hoteliers and restaurant owners in Masuria. We act honestly and expect the same from the guests of our site. The site belongs to our company based in Mrągowo and Polish law resolves any doubts. No fluff – these are simply the rules of the game that we stick to at every implementation.
Our Services and Offer
We deal with organizing guest service and implementing CRM systems. Our main services are reception audit, table reservation automation and moving data from paper notebooks to digital systems. We operate mainly in Mrągowo and surroundings, because we value personal contact and the possibility of traveling to the client if necessary. The descriptions of services on the site are informative and are not a commercial offer in the legal sense. We put real facts on the table at the moment of signing a specific order. We do not deal with computer equipment repair or general marketing – we focus exclusively on technology that helps recover time in tourism and gastronomy. We value each project clearly before the start of work.
Prices and Payments
With us you will not find hidden costs or stars in small print. The starter audit costs 890 zł and is payable one-time after the visit to your facility. System implementation for a restaurant costs 1450 zł, and for a hotel 2900 zł. These are amounts for our work in configuring and training your team. If you decide on permanent technical support, the subscription is 430 zł per month. All prices are given in zlotys. For each service performed, we issue an invoice. You pay for real effects and the time we spend so that your team stops being afraid of new programs. No time to waste on Excel errors, so we stick to fixed rates and deadlines so that cooperation proceeds without unnecessary stress.
Responsibility
We provide tools and knowledge, but it's you who decides how you run your business. We care that the CRM systems we recommend are efficient and safe. However, we do not take responsibility for how your employees enter data if they ignore our training and tips. Technology is only half the success – the other half is the daily work of your team. If the system stops working through our fault, we react within 4 business hours. However, we are not responsible for internet outages in your facility or for failures of global booking portals. It simply works best when both parties stick to established guest service procedures, which we talk about during implementation.
Data Protection and Privacy
We respect your privacy and the data of your guests. All information we collect during audits and CRM configurations is confidential. We do not sell your databases or send spam. We use secure connections so that no unauthorized person has access to your bookings. You also have a duty to care for security – no more writing passwords on pieces of paper stuck to the monitor. Each employee should have their own login, which allows controlling who and when made changes to the schedule. If you notice any errors in the program's operation, let us know immediately. Together we care that the data of tourists visiting Masuria is protected in accordance with applicable regulations.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Technology moves forward, so our terms and conditions may also change sometimes. We are not planning a revolution, but minor adjustments may happen when, for example, we introduce a new service or legal regulations change. We will inform about all important changes on this page. If after updating the terms and conditions you continue to use our services, it means that you accept the new rules. All arrangements contained in previously signed contracts for CRM implementation remain of course in force. We play fair and we care about clear relationships with local entrepreneurs.
