How long do I have to wait for a working system?

System implementation in a hotel usually takes us 12 business days. We start with a quick audit on-site in Mrągowo or the surrounding area, then we set up the program and train your people. In the case of a restaurant, we will be done in 5 days, so you can relieve waiters from answering phones as quickly as possible.

Do I have to buy new computers for the reception?

You don't have to. Our systems work on standard laptops and tablets that you probably already have in the facility. First we will check your current equipment. If something requires replacement, we will tell you straight to your face during the start-up audit for 890 zł. No overstretching for unnecessary costs.

How much does it actually cost?

It's simple: you pay for the audit once (890 zł). System implementation for gastronomy costs 1450 zł, and for a hotel 2900 zł. We do not charge any commissions from your bookings. If you need permanent care so that Marek is on the phone in case of a failure, we have a subscription for 430 zł per month. Facts on the table, no asterisks in the contract.

My employees are afraid of new programs. What will we do about it?

We understand this perfectly. Marek worked at a reception in 2014 and knows that technology is meant to help, not hinder. We conduct live training, patiently and without acting smart. We choose only tools whose operation a waiter learns in 15 minutes. If the system is too difficult for a person, it means it's a bad system.

Will my guests' data be safe with you?

Data is safe and encrypted, according to regulations. No more keeping passwords on pieces of paper stuck to the monitor. Each employee has their own login, and you have full control over who sees the financial reports. It simply works and gives you peace of mind during inspections.

What if the system stops working at peak season?

We are from here, from Mrągowo. If something goes down on a Saturday evening in the middle of the season, you don't wait for service from the other side of Poland. Krzysztof or Marek get in the car and are at your place within an hour if you have technical care purchased. We solve problems on the spot because we know that in tourism every minute of downtime is a real loss of money.
